
Day 1: Arrival in Leh
Our representative will meet you at the airport and escort you to your accommodation in Leh where you will check-in. On the first day of your trekking trip in Ladakh, you will spend your entire day for acclimatization. Although there are many things to do in Leh town, it’s best that you spend your entire day at leisure allowing time for high altitude acclimatization. Dinner and overnight in Leh.
Day 2: Acclimatization day in Leh
You will spend most of today allowing your body to acclimatize because trekking tours in Ladakh require at least a day or two for acclimatization. Dinner and overnight in Leh.
Day 3: Leh to Phyang (drive). Trek to Phyang Phu
You will drive from Leh to Phyang. It's a half an hour drive. Visit Phyang Monastery perched on top of a hill. Your trek will start from Phyang. You will trek to Phyang Phu, famous for its grazing lands. Phyang to Phyang Phu distance is 13.5 KM. Overnight in Phyang Phu.
Day 4: Phyang Phu to Lasermo Base South
It's a short trek today. You will walk around 3.5 KM to the South Base of Lasermo. Overnight in Lasermo Base South.
Day 5: Lasermo Base South to Lasermo Base North
You will ascend to reach Lasermo La (5430 Meters). It's a great spot to overlook Nubra Valley. You will then descend to the North base of Lasermo La. Distance to be covered today is 10.5 KM. Overnight in Lasermo Base North.
Day 6: Lasermo Base North to Hunder Dok
Today, you will descend to Hunder Dok which is around 17 KM from Lasermo Base North. You will walk through flower gardens and meadows and then follow a river stream before reaching Hunder Dok. Overnight in Hunder Dok.
Day 7: Hunder Dok to Hunder
The 15 KM long trek today will take you through the villages of Drok Gongma and Drok Yokma. Also, at a spot you will relish the view of Saser Kangri before reaching Hunder. Indulge in a double-humped camel ride if time permits in Hunder. Overnight in Hunder.
Day 8: Hunder to Leh
You will drive to Leh via Khardung La, the highest motorable road in the world. Overnight in Leh.
